Prior to the fire the building was in a state of disrepair and sold at auction with a guide price of around £175k
In 2019, a planning application was received for the erection of 16 numbered dwellings and 16 numbered apartments in a 4-storey block.
Three years on – There is no progress and the site remains abandoned.
