Work has started on a new Industrial Estate located within Sheffield Business Park
The 18 acre site is currently being developed to accommodate 5 different units suitable for industrial and warehouse use.
Located just off Sheffield Parkway, the units will form part of the Advanced Manufacturing & Innovation District.
Estimated completion is Q2 2023.
