Building Inspections and Surveys

Enhance Your Property Listings with Stunning Aerial Drone Photography and Videos

We are specialist in conducting comprehensive aerial surveys and inspections of high-rise structures such as towers, chimneys, and rooftops using drones. Our clients include property owners, leaseholders, chartered surveyors, consultants and local authorities. Our projects encompass a diverse range of structures, including historical buildings, retail complexes, churches, industrial facilities and towers.

Each of our drone pilots are certified by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and possess the expertise to maneuver survey drones in order to capture detailed aerial footage in ultra-HD 4K video or still images with a resolution of 48 megapixels.

Our Aerial Building Surveys offer a cost-effective and expeditious alternative to traditional, more costly methods such as scaffolding, platforms, steeplejacks, or cherry picker rentals. Since no one physically ascends to high levels, concerns about compliance with “Working at Height” health and safety regulations are eliminated. This is especially valuable when the structure is unstable or has challenging access points. Our drones can perform high-level surveys ranging from ground level to 400 feet.

Furthermore, clients have the option to monitor the live video feed from our drones during flight, ensuring that the desired images are being captured.

For client convenience, all survey reports, videos, and images are accessible via the cloud or a memory stick, allowing viewing on laptops, tablets, or PCs. This enables in-depth inspection of various elements such as brickwork, lightning conductors, stonework, restoration work, chimneys, weather vanes, roof tiles, lead installations, asbestos concerns, and roof valleys at one’s own pace in an office environment.

Prior to our arrival on-site, we perform flight planning and risk assessments to ensure strict safety protocols and the protection of the public at the survey location. Setting up the drone for flight takes approximately 10-15 minutes, ensuring rapid deployment and minimal disruption to residents or staff, as well as safeguarding property and surroundings.

An example of a client roof and chimney inspection, complete with the ability to zoom in on individual high-definition images, is available for reference.
